~~This could enable new features like LEDs and rumble, and also potentially prepare for Bluetooth mode emulation.~~

Config hacking for licensed controller protocol also unlocks rumble and LED. Regardless, emulating the DS4 could still bring unique features like wireless capabilities.

Bluetooth seems to be required even in USB mode.
