Add ability to skip to next video #26

When using 'Play All' I find that I just want to skip the current video either because I'm not interested, or I've seen it.

It would be nice if you could use a key combination to skip the remainder of the video, something like:

 STAR + STAR + FF

From initial research, it looks as if I would have to refactor the video screen to be a custom video player in order to get the key presses. This will be deferred from 1.5 as it will take longer than I had originally thought it would.

I'm not sure why they didn't provide that functionality in the first place, but it is what it is!

I feel that way many (all) times working with brightscript.
