Delimiter for "My Tags" #7

Small issue: it doesn't have to be "+" or " "; it can just be " " by editing the tag cookie.

As far as I have tested, simplification of delimiters can only be done at the cost of the immediacy, that is, if ("#my-tags") contains + then the cookie editing would only come to fruition after an &id= page loaded for a second time.
