Should I add an app whose GitHub repo has been archived ? Of course the app still work fine

Still developed or polished experience

If not still developed, then you can use polished experience rule. For example Alarmio. Not still maintained, maybe not archived but it should be, however I've no crashes or issues with this app.

It is about simple scrobbler and the interface is rather outdated, but it does what it is supposed to do

Yea... about that. When the interface is outdated it is better not to include this app. If it is the only app that can handle thing that is supposed to be doing you can add but otherwise, please don't.
