Not entirely sure that I'm using github correctly yet but thought I'd just have a go and see what happens. I'm really just trying to get the code up and visible to you guys. The script I have uploaded is for script 1 in the structure outlined below. It's 90% complete, but I'm struggling to code up the last section, from line 211 downwards. I'm trying to create a variable that contains a given person's screening history, so we can then look at e.g. what was the uptake for those who have never returned a test previously. Any thoughts welcome/we can discuss tomorrow.
Anyway, it would be good if you could cast an eye over the script as it is if you've time.
Proposal for structure of scripts:
1 - Analysis dataset - create a base dataset which subsequent scripts will summarise data from
2 - KPIs by HB and sex
3 - Confidence intervals for KPIs/funnel plots
4 - Time-series KPIs (incl. RII/SII, though may split into separate syntax)
5 - Demography summaries
6 - MI - new/old test comparison
