Migrate v2.0 cards to new Impactworkers repo #565

Context: We want to migrate all v2 cards to the Impactworkers board. No easy way to do this through the UI so there might be some script to do this.

Good to have: If there is a way we can have a single view of v1 (in public data works) and v2 cards (impactworkers) in some board. The board should not be a source of truth but merely referencing the repos to have a consolidated view.

Have verified that all the cards are there (a few were not migrated over so manually added them).
