As Andrew will be supporting this, we will have a discussion once he joins (target 5/10) and discuss w/ the team. Plan is to have 2 teams:

• CM v1.0 (existing use cases)
• CM v.2.0 (MVP)

Considerations

• Teams should be sized equally
• Teams should have similar mix of newer/older team members
• Teams should have their own ceremonies (e.g. standup, retro, etc), WoW
• Teams should collaborate through some shared but less frequent ceremonies (e.g. showcase, monthly huddle, games, lunch and learn)
• By request, folks can switch teams but goal is to stabilize to have the a strong working culture/collaboration
