Newsletter Subscribe array changes #381

  1. The Human Needs newsletter has been discontinued. Feel free to remove it from the newsletter subscribe array.
  2. SafeMode has been renamed Seeking Security
  3. If possible, feel free to remove the descriptive text next to each newsletter name.

Newsletter options are provided by the newsletter/list API endpoint, not defined in the JS code. These changes would have to be made by @lukasgit in API code or database.
