in github-org: CRUD tests in two repos on same dataset

We have a test suite for database CRUD methods in pure SQLa (unfinished, in this repo) and similar test for Django project here.

From there tests I want the following:

• (a) use same small test dataset, better as a fixture
• (b) perfrom insert, read, update, delete
• (c) fail properly on inserting existing row
• (d) failing properly in other expected cases (tbd)
