2.x releases tarballs for MacOS don't include qb64 binary #220

Describe the bug None of the 2.x release tarball for MacOS include the qb64 binary, even though the readme states that they do.

Expected behavior Either include the binary (at least in upcoming versions), or remove the statement from the readme.

Additional context The latest 1.x release tarball that I checked included the binary correctly.

Yeah, we stopped offering the binary. Fixing the readme now, thank you.

may i ask why the binary isn't offered on Mac OS anymore?

Just kidding: since we run the continuous integration in a newer version of macOS, shipping the binary would prevent people from running it in older versions out of the box anyway.
