This PR includes bugfixes for the correlation detector and improvements by @skrinner for TWPA characterization.

Tested on XLD: the measurements seem to be working but the analysis in its current state is broken for measure_vs_pump_freq and for measure_vs_pump_power. Test timestamps: 20210426_205138 to 20210426_205511
