This addresses a few issues encountered during and after the recent appointment of several new members to the Community Team. Namely, this amendment addresses the following issues:
New Community Team members who are not Trainee Community Moderators are allowed to vote immediately after appointment
The members who are allowed to vote on a poll can change between the starting and ending dates of the poll
Trainee moderators should be and have been trainees for a minimum of two weeks, not one
The number of voters required to pass a poll at the 75% threshold when inactive members get thrown in the mix has been... confusing, to say the least
Plural systems are not accounted for in the voting or application process
