Obsidian Surfing Key

This is a plugin for Obsidian.

Now you can able to fully control Obsidian with keyboard.

Usage

• Set Hotkey for Suring key: Surfing Obsidian in Obsidian's settings.
• Press the hotkey to open the Surfing Key.
• All Elements that are clickable or text content will be highlighted with string.
  • Press String to select the element and click the element.
  • Press Esc to close the Surfing Key.
  • Press ``` to first to trigger right click, then press string to select the element and click the element.
• Double-Press Ctrl+G | Cmd+G to trigger surfing key when a modal is opening.

Why

• Although you can use hotkey to trigger mostly of the functions in Obsidian, but you still need to use mouse to click some stuff.
• This plugin is inspired by Surfingkeys

Installation

• Not ready for market yet
• Can be installed via the Brat plugin
• Manual installation

1. Find the release page on this github page and click
2. Download the latest release zip file
3. Unzip it, copy the unzipped folder to the obsidian plugin folder, make sure there are main.js and manifest.json files in the folder
4. Restart obsidian (do not restart also, you have to refresh plugin list), in the settings interface to enable the plugin
5. Done!
