[FR] While holding down Ctrl and hovering the cursor over a link to a text fragment, also jump to the target location in the popover. #33

p.s. I use Hover Editor to invoke a popover directly in editing mode, while a native popover seems not, and the jump & highlight feature does not appear to work in reading mode.
