Should not add a point after each line end in SRT subtitle files #93

I'm using this great software to redub video to other languages for Wikipedias as described here.

When using SRT files (which is the format of Wikimedia Commons TimedText subtitles) as input instead of also using it to transcribe the video it adds a point after each line – so for example

This means that if one wants to use normal SRT files one has to modify it which can be a real problem if you have many SRT files (or very long ones if you don't use search and replace). It's normal for SRT files to have line breaks so the tool should be able to reader these properly. It's also a problem to people new to this tool who can't immediately spot the problem.

You can see that it adds a dot if you enable Soft burn subtitles and then watch the resulting audio/video or if you download the resulting srt or simply by listening to the audio.

n the film the full stop is read at the end of the sentence, for example: "I'm fine period" instead it should be "I'm fine", I hope this can be resolved.
