Make more stable What language/library? (swz suggestion: go and https://wails.io/)

(May need to move this issue to a different repo

The GUI will require some language server interface for the chosen language. Initially, we can use the existing interfaces, since they will be similar. So I guess step one is picking a language and UI framework.
