For some reason, our PR (https://github.com/ROBOTIS-GIT/OpenCR/pull/294) change doesnt appear on released opencr.tar.bz2?

Inside of platform.txt: 

## Create archives
recipe.c.combine.pattern= ... -Wl,--whole-archive {compiler.libraries.ldflags} "{build.path}/{archive_file}" ...

@Acuadros95 Thanks for reviewing! I think I compressed a wrong branch. I'll fix and revise the file. Thanks!
