Add Dynamixel 2XL430-W250-T #102

Can robotis OP3 support with this dynamixel? because this dynamixel have similiar Spesification with XM430-W350. but the different is 2XL using 3P cable, and XM340 using 4P cable. Thanks!

I'm sorry about the delayed response on this issue. At this point we do not recommend to mix the TTL and RS-485 communication. However, we are working on a project that allows to combine these on a single channel. Thank you.
