To create a GeoSHAPE VM, you can clone this repo and simply do vagrant up please see the [How To Get GeoSHAPE] (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KMpk6dXuqvwfEi0pfRpaGY62j6ikoYtpYUPU0sJQAmk/) document before creating the VM as it has a lot of relevant information.
