Save required self-made python packages in anaconda3\Lib directory so they can be loaded later:

load C:\Users\a.schnepf\AppData\Local\Continuum\anaconda3\Lib\vtk_tools.py load C:\Users\a.schnepf\AppData\Local\Continuum\anaconda3\Lib\van_genuchten.py

Installing the R-kernel under windows

To install the R-kernel on windows, you need to

1. have R installed on your system (https://cran.r-project.org/mirrors.html) and
2. open Anaconda promt and tpye 'conda install -c r jupyter r-irkernel'
