This will be a pretty derp little template, but it's in keeping with our goal of having all company cloud resources (except security resources) visible from CloudFormation. The WordPress server template will then need to be passed this EIP as a parameter. Defining the EIP in the WordPress template like we're doing now doesn't accomplish much, as the EIP changes anytime we recreate the stack (which may happen a lot with future testing).
