As a user, I can control my own data and security so that I can be secure using the site.

Acceptance Criteria

sign up/ sign in / sign out works
Obvious if signed in or not
access works and tokens refresh
sign in and sign up pages work as anticipated

Tasks

[x] Set up sign up/ sign in / sign out
[x] Show logged in status
[x] Code access tokens
[x] Have pages code in place
