Hi!

Your work to control the Z-Cam E1 is interesting. With this external remote, do you know how many pics/seconds you can shoot (with autofocus off, metering on, and good light conditions)? I'd like to use the E1 for fast timelapse (2 to 5 pics per second, E1 mounted on a car)

I haven't tested it extensively, but it seems to hover around 2.2 -2.5 pics/second. That is with 16MP Super Fine JPEGs. It might be faster with smaller files, but I haven't tried that.

Thank you very much for your answer. Z-cam didn't answer to this same question :-/

I'm not sure if switching my action cameras (1/2.3" sensor) to some E1 is a good idea. I'm afraid of a too slow shutter speed if I want a large depth of field, and I don't know is the sync between each E1 would be good when the light is different for each sensor... and it's always like that on a 360 rig.
