The online repository (RAKIP-Web) offers a service to select a model and publish it to Zenodo. Metadata from the model is taken to populate the catalogue entry with information. Before publishing the model, the user can edit some of the metadata (for example the title or the summary). Additionally, a link is attached to the entry that allows online execution of the model on the BfR KNIME Server.
Another service is provided by the online repository for creating an FSK-ML model from a KJ publication.
The services are currently linked only to the Sandbox Zenodo repository.
Goal:
The services are linked to the official Zenodo repository and automatically apply to be added to the Knowledge Junction organization.
Concept:
Change the code in related workflows to use the official Zenodo repository instead of the Sandbox.
Implementation:
Some changes in the Python code are necessary.
Challenges:
Regarding the security: the workflows use a user token which is written in clear text. Also, online model execution on the BfR Server is not wanted.
