Entries in the vocabularies should have unique ids (low prio) #233

Since https://github.com/RakipInitiative/vocabularies/commit/5feeb66a0b5da83efb3cd9ad691b8ff60c79c88e every object in the vocabularies has an id but the original ids have not been updated. Unique ids must be assigned with a script (hazard has 10k entries). Fortunately they are not used yet in FSK-Lab so they are low priority.

Please keep in mind to update the Controlled_Vocabularies_Master_Table (see https://foodrisklabs.bfr.bund.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Controlled_Vocabularies_Master_Table_V1.04.xlsx ) accordingly, in case new IDs are created.
