CONDA Environment

In this epic, FSK-Lab should be updated to support Conda environments for all models. This includes:

• Phase 0: Ongoing effort to populate own Conda channel with R packages
• Phase 1: static but exclusive Conda environments
  • R models use a Conda environment with r-base
  • Python models use a Conda environment different from the main Python integration preferences for Python 2 and 3 respectively
  • All necessary packages are manually installed (for the server)
• Phase 2: dynamic installation of missing packages for existing environments
  • If models require additional packages, those should be installed by FSK-Lab via CONDA for a given environment
  • FSK-Lab checks if the environment already has the needed package with the correct version
  • FSK-Lab checks if there is any environment that has the needed package with the correct version
  • FSK-Lab installs a package with correct version if and only if no dependency changes need to be made
• Phase 3: dynamic creation of new CONDA environments
  • FSK-Lab picks the best fitting environment for a given model
  • FSK-Lab creates a new environment if steps in Phase 2 can not be taken
  • FSK-Lab installs needed packages with correct version
