Conda: support for Conda in FSK-Lab Settings #390

Currently, the FSK-Lab settings don't allow to set the path to an R environment made with Conda ("Path to R Home does not contain a folder with name 'bin'.").

Update the validation of the path so it recognizes a Conda R environment.

First tests unsuccessful. Rserve can not be called with FSK-Labs old R integration. Current R integration can work with a Conda environment, therefore we need to update the respective code in FSK-Lab (or use the API of KNIME's R ).
