R Conda Preference page: switching to manual is not saved #397

When switching to manual R in the R Preference Page, the path is not saved, instead the path of the previously selected Conda Envrionment is used:

Changing to local R installation (Apply and Close): image.png

On loading Preference Page again: image.png
