When executing a combined model, the intermediate plot images are copied to the generated Resource folder of the model. The Writer has its own method for storing the plot file, so other images are ignored.
Refactor:
Move copy plot to resource folder code to Runner (CombinedModel part)
setPlot() for each submodel
rewrite makeSubPlotAvailable() so that getPlot() for each submodel is selected
add case "svg" in Writer addResourcesToArchive() but don't actually do anything there (to not trigger warning)
