FSK-Lab preference page needs optimization #417

The FSK-lab preference page should be reworked so that the path to Conda is no longer part of it. In KNIME 4.6, that path is set in the Conda preference page, whereas the Python preference page retains only the environment selection. For KNIME 4.5 I figure, we could just take the path from the Python preference page itself and no longer have any input fields of our own (only the drop-down elements).

Also, the FSK-Lab preference page is very sluggish, it seems to check for Conda environments at least twice every time it is opened. Maybe the check-operations can be relegated to a button, it really doesn't need to be automatic in my opinion.
