"Help us out" info is hard to find

I went to http://perl6.org/ trying to find a blurb on how people can help Perl 6, but I'm failing to find it, even though I could've swore I've seen one.

It would be helpful to have something to point eager souls to:

• Help reviewing bug queue
• Write most wanted modules
• Improve docs
• Improve compiler
• Write training materials
• Design marketing materials
• Blog about Perl 6
• Do conferences

Stuff like that...

I believe updating the community page is related to this: https://github.com/perl6/perl6.org/issues/75

Or perhaps "Contribute" should have its own header button..

I think we could still improve the "community" page to be a bit better organized. Group the top two columns under a "Talk to us" or "Communication" box maybe.

But after https://github.com/perl6/perl6.org/pull/77 , I think we still have:

• [x] Write most wanted modules (need to link to this)
• [x] Improve docs
• [x] Improve compiler
• [x] Write training materials (add to "write about your learning" ?)
• [ ] Design marketing materials (need more direction on this)
• [x] Blog about Perl 6 (need a better place to direct them to other than just pl6net)
• [ ] Do conferences (attend? or do talks?)
