Add Other Category to extension manifest #66

@usernamehw what's the benefit of adding 'Other' category?

I intentionally listed only Snippets.

Please provide a short comment on suggested changes.

Category Snippets are extensions that contribute snippets (new). Your extension operates on existing ones.

What's the downside of adding Other category?

no downside. I just see every extension use that Other category. I wanted to keep it nimble. will merge.
