Feature | Blog Improvements #117

In preparation for our new, upcoming blog posts, this PR adds the following:

  1. New blog design
  2. Improvements to blog header
  3. Code syntax highlighting
  4. Improvements to the config
  5. Pagination for blog index
  6. Improvements to font size and spacing for blog post pages

Steps to test

  1. Run the app, locally
  2. Visit the blog page
  3. Test pagination
  4. Look at individual blog posts
