i am doing the online login and when i put in the pin it says failed login how do i fix this, but this is on a school computer and i sent the link to my phone so i can do it on there and put the code from my phone into the school computer, is that the problem

The computer is on the school network so it won't be able to connect to Epic's network, for the same reason you need to send the link to your phone to authenticate.
