This repository contains a fork of the original Magellan application by Howard Kistler with further developments by contributors from the TI-99/4A community at AtariAge.

Added features include:

• Support for bitmap mode colors
• Support for F18A color modes
• Import of map images and VRAM dumps
• Export of XB256 data and binary maps
• Tools for generating data sets for smooth scrolling
• Tool for analyzing character usage
• Copy, paste and exchange characters
