Control rendering with buttons #96

Make it intuitive and easy to control what is happening in the pygame window on the fly.

[ ] Control rendering speed (perhaps with a slider)
[ ] Control win-screen delay (perhaps in two ways, one with a slider, and one for next game when game finishes?)
[ ] Activate/deactivate rendering
[ ] Pause the game

consider if it might be relevant to add other control buttons - e.g. to control #93.
