Could not start remoteplay on the (N)3DS #104

When i try to connect to my original 3DS on snickerstream, i keep getting this error. I'm unsure what i've done wrong. I followed This Guide as closely as possible, and made sure to install the mode3 cia file, since it's an original 3DS, not a "New" variant. But i keep getting the error. Any suggestions?

I'm trying the same on my New 3DS XL and get the same error...
