Both devices are on the same network.
Firewall has been configured to allow all traffic in both directions.
I can ping the (N)3DS from the PC.
I can not telnet the (N)3DS.
I tried using Kit-Kat Slim and was unable to connect as well.
I am unsure how to get a log file but if someone could assist me with this I will gladly provide that.

Getting error when I try to connect.
