Could not start remoteplay on the (N)3DS #80

I've followed the troubleshooting guide to the best of my ability but still come up with "Could not start remoteplay".

I was having this issue too, but I figured it out. Here is what I did to troubleshoot it: -Make sure your windows firewall and any malware programs on your PC are both allowing Snickerstream access. I had to make a custom exception on my malware program to allow snickerstream through. -Make sure your DS and your PC are on the exact same wifi network -Make sure you have the correct IP address from your DS entered into Snickerstream

Here's what I apparently didn't know: Once all of the above is good, -On your DS, launch the actual Boot NTR CFW Selector app. -When it launches, it should say "Loading 3.6... Success! Press Home to launch your game" -Press the home button on your DS so you can see all the app icons but Boot NTR is still running in the background -THEN press "connect!" on snickerstream on your PC With Boot NTR running in the background, my snicker stream was able to connect to my DS.
