Snickerstream Connection Error #97

Not working for me. I'm using a new 3DS XL on firmware 11.15. I'm using the most recent boot.firm file which is Luma3DS 3GX Loader v11.0, I'm also using the most recent BootNTR which is v2.13.7. I've also made sure my 3DS and PC are on the same network, Snickerstream is allowed through the firewall, and that Snickerstream is listening on port 8001, but I still get this error message:

"Connection Error

Could not receive the stream from your console.

This usually happens if a firewall is blocking Snickerstream or if the streaming port is set incorrectly. Try to allow Snickerstream in your firewall, running it as admin and double check the streaming port in the advance menu (it should be 8001 if you didn't patch NTR)."

Have you updated your 3DS in the past 4-5 months?
