Option to sync open file from server #162

This would be a way to refresh the current file (Active Editor) from ServiceNow...

Saving and compare with server kinda does this....?

Also noticed compare with server on demand not "Compare options" consider adding the same flow.

In fact, for both scenarios we could probably always do the cmpare with editor?

[ ] Add a new command pallete action "Refresh/Reload from Server" that calls the compare files code.

Closing, really this is just hitting "Save" and it will prompt you if there are differences and you can overwrite your local copy from the server that way.
