Newly configured instance should show at top of picker when syncing #198

When "Setting up a new instance" if multiple are configured, the newly created instance should show at the top of the list when performing additional commands that ask to select which instance. That is until another instance is selected, then it should be the "last selected".

Should improve workflow when adding a new instance, since you're likely to also want to immediately sync from that instance.

Done and available in Pre-Release version.
