Need to consider if UI actions ahve the same "display name" and "action name" values, what is best defaults for file names to ensure they stay separated?

This has been handled now by the "Grouping" functionality, where for table configs and the defaults we group UI Actions by table name, greatly reducing the chances of overlap. Grouping and Fields can be configured further by overriding the table config.
