Antoine (@moodymudskipper) points out in Twitter that we don't make it easy to find all the exported helper functions like rleid

A vignette for odds & ends would help here

Great idea. May be worth coordinating with vignettes: timeseries - ordered observations, where some of these 'odds and ends' are put in a context.
