LDSC files unavailable. #5

Hello Team,

I want to try out your tool but the code heavily depends on files needed from LDSC and these files are unavailable. Please either host these files yourself or make sure LDSC files are easily accessible all the time.

Even better is to generalize the framework as much as possible such that it works with alternate tools too like LDAK.

I see the google bucket just became functional, so closing the issue.
