buildtestvm uses --id but feeds the param a name, fix that #128

not sure why hammer host update --id soe-ci-el8-test01.sattest.pcfe.net --build yes actually worked, this should be telling me Resource not found by id

Anyway, switch the buildtestvms script to use --name
