When merged this pull request will:

Change MarkerHandler to run for every client fixing the issue of marker streaming
Close https://github.com/RemoteControlledArty/RemoteControlledArtillery/issues/13

I copied the changes into the main branch by hand. But now figured out how to correctly use branches and merges.
