Reported by @daffinm in ZEN-1960. Default directory for loading files in ReadyAPI is the ReadyAPI bin directory

Ideally it would default to the user's home directory, and remember the last known good location. Obviously this is an issue for us to pass on to ReadyAPI since it is outside the scope of our plugin.
