Adds new pneumatic gripper meshes. Adds electric gripper meshes with fingers.

match naming convention on suction gripper _base with electric_gripper_base

They were previously packaged as pneumatic_grippers.. Renaming would be tough to archive against properly. Majority of the grippers meshes are renames, should these also be archived or are we good with the renames? This is reflected in the URDF. Electric meshes with fingers are for looks, to be shiny. I'll rename pneumatic_gripper to pneumatic_gripper_base.

I see what you're saying; that makes sense. I think we should still keep a copy of the old suction cup grippers in the folder for now (under a different name - not to be used anywhere) as half of the customers who have suction would have the old grippers. That make sense? They don't have to even be linked in history. Just something with "old_pneumatic_grippers" in case those customers want to put them on their visualization.
