Kinetic & Gazebo7: No head display #95

The head display image does not show up in Gazebo7: screen_gazebo7

I have confirmed this issue. Have you begun a fix for this yet?

This bug has already been reported on Gazebo issue tracker, but there is not a good solution for it.

I agree with @IanTheEngineer that:

Image display issue seems to be caused by Gazebo7 injecting extra SDF tags when parsing the Video plugin from URDF.

Screen is working for me now with this PR, but SDF warnings persist
